Thank you for shopping at livemghty.com. This policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to populate with the carrier.

We work with a third party fulfillment partner to pack and ship your order. Occasionally, items in the same order may ship separately from different facilities. If this happens, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after the order ships.

Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after the order ships.

Express Shipping Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days after the order ships.

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on US domestic orders over $[THRESHOLD]. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping is not available on expedited or express services.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take additional time and may not be eligible for all shipping methods.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country.

International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days after the order ships, depending on the destination and customs processing.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or abandoned at customs, any associated return shipping costs and unrecoverable fees may be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we cannot redirect the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
  2. Look around your property for safe drop locations.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  4. Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date if the package cannot be located.

For packages that arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In cases of theft, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and your local authorities.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders move quickly to our fulfillment partner, we have a limited window to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once your order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to make changes.

Delays Outside Our Control

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, high volume, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays.
